“Many happy memories of times shared, particularly when studying in various flats. The four of us, Dino, Mike and Haig and other fellow students encouraged each other to keep going when the workload seemed impossible.
Without that support, I would never have succeeded. We shared duties on rotation in the flat (1) weekly shopping(2) cooking the evening meal, (3) setting the alarm, making tea, waking the others and making breakfast (4) washing up and house cleaning.
Needless to say, breakfast was rather a panic.
We set the old clockwork alarms on top of an empty biscuit tin for maximum noise but that did not always work particularly for poor Haig.”
